Mindy Smythe

Mindy Smythe is the General Manager with KCB Cabinets & Renovations. Mindy works with all facets of the building industry, from developing budget templates for various homes, through the permit and building process and after into the Service and Warranty side of construction and renovations and commercial construction. Over the course of Mindy's career in the industry, she has gained a wealth of experience successfully managing teams and growing businesses. Mindy has a strong track record for directing budget planning initiatives, developing market strategies, increasing market share and profitability, and building highly productive teams. She always makes a point to stay on top of current market trends and identify new business opportunities. To continually grow revenue year to year, Mindy has worked collaboratively with an executive team to ensure optimal performance at all levels for many years now. Mindy is particularly proud of her work with the various boards and committees she has had the honour of being a part of through the years. Including her time with the Habitat Red Deer Board of Directors over the last six years.
