Ana is a single mom to two fantastic teenagers and has lived in the Central Alberta area for much of her life. Ana comes to Habitat with a post-secondary background in Media Studies and Professional Communication, in addition to Sociology studies. Ana’s interests include pop culture, trending topics, and the impact that mass media and communications have in our daily lives and society at large. Ana feels at home in the not-for-profit sector and feels blessed to be a part of the Habitat team, and she is happy to be able to use her skills to communicate Habitat for Humanity’s brand and mission.
Ana is a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society.

In her free time, Ana likes to travel, paint pottery, look after her plants, and spend time at home with her kids and pets.
