ReStore Reno Rescue

The Habitat Red Deer ReStore is your partner in the next renovation project, offering a convenient Reno Rescue service. Our team is ready to help. Whether you are renovating your kitchen, refreshing your living space, or remodelling your corporate office, our Reno Rescue team will come and collect any items that can be reused or repurposed, relieving you of the stress of managing unwanted items during your renovation.

We accept cabinets, doors, windows, reclaimed wood, appliances, furniture, and more-if they're in good condition and reusable, you'll receive a charitable tax receipt for the resale value of your donated items. Your donations are in good hands.

Your donations support the Habitat Red Deer ReStore, a social enterprise that helps Habitat Red Deer build more affordable housing in Central Alberta! Complete your renovation project, help the environment, and support affordable housing all at once. It’s a win, win, win!

Please note:

  • Cabinets must be free of all nails.

  • All appliances must be clean and in working order.

  • Furniture should have no rips or tears and be pet hair-free.

We recognize that the land on which we work, gather, and live is within the territory of the Blackfoot, Tsuu T’ina, and Stoney Nakoda peoples and that the Central Alberta region we serve falls under Treaty 6, traditional Métis, Cree, and Saulteaux territory. We acknowledge and honour the First Peoples who have lived here since time immemorial. We stand with the Indigenous peoples of Alberta and continue to advocate for reconciliation.
