Damian Zapisocky

Damian is the Chief Financial Officer for Peavey Industries LP, the owners of Peavey Mart and the Ace Canada banner. He has served with a number of companies as a CFO, COO, and CEO.

Damian is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, has an MBA through the University of Alberta, and holds the ICD.D designation as a corporate director through the Institute of Corporate Directors.

In board roles, Damian was elected to CPA Alberta’s Board of Directors in September 2016 and became the Board Chair in September 2021. He previously served as President and Board Chair of Westerner Park and has been on several private and volunteer boards, including the United Way of Central Alberta and the YMCA of Wood Buffalo in Fort McMurray.

Damian has a passion for community building, so Habitat Red Deer is a natural fit as part of seeing our community and its people grow and thrive.
